What’s up?
My name is S.D Flame.
I am a rapper/ Hip Hop artist with ASD from Mississauga, Ontario.
I started rapping when I was sixteen years old and life was not easy back then. I was bullied at school, home was not a good place to be either, at that time. I often wandered around my city looking for some glimmer of hope. When I was sixteen years old, I was peer pressured into a highschool cafeteria rap battle. After winning the rap battle, a spark for Hip Hop was lit in me. For the rest of my highschool experience, I would rap battle for my respect. It was like being a gladiator. I trained hard every day writing lyrics and freestyling in front of mirrors.
As I got older, things did not get easier, so I had to adapt. I had trouble holding jobs at the time. Most of the jobs I held were dishwashing or cleaning. To ease the pain, I listened to J Cole, Nas, Tupac, Jay Z, Nipsey Hussle, Polo G, Kendrick Lamar and Method Man, to name a few. I also learned from people who had wisdom. I learned to believe in myself and in hard work.
From there, it was “Take any mic possible.” I performed at open mics across the GTA. Over time, I made enough money to build a recording studio with my own money! I was able to make my family and people close to me proud of me. I would also give back by inspiring over one hundred individuals with disabilities during the pandemic. They were able to achieve a great sense of inner confidence.
I am one of the only ASD rappers to make it to Toronto for music. I would later participate in the Rough Draft Program with Unity Charity in 2022. I would go on a press run later that year being featured on Insauga. I would even push forward with doing a podcast interview on the Thoughty Auti Podcast with Thomas Henley in January 2023. I graduated from Metal Works Institute, studying Audio Production And Engineering .
My hope for anyone reading this, is to find inner strength in themselves. The positive energy, flow and storytelling in my Hip Hop original music will hopefully empower others to work hard, to have success and to believe in themselves. That's what I strive to do as my goal.
Stay Blessed.

Audio Related Electronic Device A DI box
I soldered in class, a DI Box. The use of a DI Box is it converts an unbalanced signal to a balanced signal. This is very commonly, to be used with electric guitars because their signal is unbalanced.
This is a Studio Engineered Track that is a cover of
Linkin Park In The End. This cover was recorded by my group in my Studio Engineer Class at MWI. It was mixed and Mastered by us as well.
